In addition to the warehouse, H-E-B is progressing with plans for a new grocery store located at the corner of FM 3325 and the I-20 Service Road in Walsh Ranch, an emerging residential area across the Parker County line. Construction on this grocery store is expected to begin in October 2025, with an estimated completion by December 2026. The store will occupy nearly 128,000 square feet of retail space and will cost approximately $18 million to build.

H-E-B has owned the 19.4-acre property for over a year, having acquired it in December 2024. The Walsh Ranch area is expected to develop into a large community, potentially accommodating up to 50,000 residents once fully developed.
