The hotel, a franchise operated by the Mason-based Century Hotel Group, has been constructed at a cost of $12.1 million. Plans for this facility received approval from the city of Miamisburg in late 2021, following which construction faced delays due to the pandemic but finally commenced in spring 2023. Covering an area of 90,000 square feet, the hotel has been designed to serve both business travelers and families.
