The ranking specifically focuses on small and mid-size cities with populations ranging from 75,000 to 500,000, and includes only those with a median home value of $500,000 or less.
The assessment took into consideration numerous factors, including average rent, home prices relative to income, and overall affordability. Round Rock achieved a LivScore of 793 out of 1,000, indicating its strong standing in various significant categories.
