The newly arrested individuals are:

18-year-old Terrell Hatch
20-year-old Payton Green
18-year-old Terren Jackson
17-year-old Amarjai Terry

These arrests were made on May 19, 2025, by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. The suspects are currently being held at the Williamson County Jail. All four face charges of engaging in organized criminal activity with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, classified as a first-degree felony.

This group of suspects joins three others who were arrested previously in connection with the same incident:

17-year-old Ricky Thompson
19-year-old Keshawn Dixon
A juvenile whose name was withheld due to age.

The shooting was reportedly initiated by a fight between two groups near the vendor area of the festival.
